It’s Jammer Time! The Jammer Press is a personal favorite of mine – it can be used as a standalone exercise to warm up, or you can add it to the end of an exercise to really burn out those muscles before you wrap up your workout.

The Jammer press targets the legs, chest, and arms – but also hits the core and other supporting muscles in the process.

Not only is it a great workout, you look super cool doing it..
