This workout is particularly for beginners who want to melt a great deal of calories in a brief amount of time, but don’t intend to have to do any crazy complicated workouts. All you need is a dive rope, a level surface as well as some open room!

30 seconds – jump rope – regular bounce
30 seconds – leaping jacks
30 seconds – jump rope – regular bounce
30 secs – hill climbers
30 seconds – jump rope – routine bounce
30 seconds – high knees
30 seconds – dive rope – routine bounce
30 seconds butt kicks

** rest 10 seconds between exercises
** complete circuit 3-5x (3 novice, 5 for sophisticated).
