I’ve trained for years in numerous self-controls. I enjoy to press the body because I’m impressed at what it can do when your mind doesn’t hold it back. Every one of the training that I do aids me to be a better martial musician. Stronger, fitter, faster and so on
. I think that you need to be creative with your training and include an element of fun to it.
